Frequently asked questions
What counts as a shipment?
A shipment is a single document processing job. This includes extraction from one source document and any associated validation and generation steps. A multi-document shipment (e.g., bill of lading + commercial invoice for the same consignment) counts as one shipment.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You can also cancel at any time with no penalty.
Is there overage pricing?
Paid plans include soft limits. If you exceed your monthly shipment allocation, additional shipments are billed at a per-shipment rate: $0.80 (Starter), $0.50 (Professional), $0.30 (Business). You will receive a notification before any overage charges apply.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available on all paid plans with a 20% discount. Contact us or select annual billing during signup.
